Biddle TintingWhen British nail artist Sam Biddle flew in to create the amazing set of nails featured on the cover of the July issue, she spoke with NAILPRO Executive Editor Stephanie Yaggy about using drops of polish to tint gels and acrylic monomer to change the shade of enhancements without spending tons of money.
