Betsey Johnson’s energetic and sparkly runway at New York Fashion Week’s Fall/Winter ’14 show was not to be missed. The colorful “Rihonce” inspired (yup, that’s Rihanna and Beyonce) fashion made each model a superstar in metallics and crazy vibrant combinations. The manicures were not subtle, either. Morgan Taylor’s lead manicurist Danielle Candido used a base coat of West Coast Cool, and topped it off with gold leafing and gold studs on almond-shaped nails. Not just that – the underside of the free edge was painted with the “radiant orchid” colored polish, Bright Side.
