NAILPRO competitions have always been prestigious events, with the best nail technicians from all over the world showing off their skills. But on this year at NAILPRO Pasadena, on April 21, 2013, nail techs will compete to complete a full set of “pink and whites” using forms only (nail tips not allowed).  The winner will be recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records for the "Fastest Full Set of Acrylic Sculptured Nails."
