1 Polish the nail shimmery red.

4 Add dark blue stripes to the U and A. Paint tiny dark blue stars on the upper half of the S.

5 Repeat for the second star using blue paint. Finish with top coat.

1 Apply base coat to the nail.

2 Starting at the free edge, begin gluing blue and clear rhinestones to the nail.

2 At the smile line, use red and clear rhinestones to create stripes. Apply top coat over the entire nail.
