Millie Haynam has been a nail industry professional for over 30 years. After studying worldwide and creating innovative training programs, Haynam shares her multi-faceted perspective of the beauty industry to empower professionals and gain higher levels of success. Haynam is currently president/creative director of Natural Beauty Salon and Academy in Twinsburg, OH. Awards include Who’s Who in America/Business and first runner-up in AVA Salon of the Year.
