1. Airbrush the entire nail a subtle cream color. Let the design dry and apply top coat.  When the top coat has dried, apply a small dot of top coat  at the center of the smile line and place a blue, triangular rhinestone. 2. Continuing pattern, add two dots to top coat, two rectangular, green rhinestones at side of triangle. Follow with more dots and four smaller, round, green rhinestones to complete the chevron. Let rhinestones dry. Apply another top coat to seal in gems.
