1. Polish the entire nail with silver shimmer polish. 2. Feather dark grey shimmer polish or paint to the free edge in a diagonal pattern. 3. Paint spot outlines in black. Fill them in with grey paint. 4. Finish with glitter top coat on the free edge only, and regular top coat on the base.
