1. Polish the nail white. 2. Paint two thick vertical lines in light blue, one down the center of the nail and the other to the right. Then paint a light blue line horizontally through the vertical ones. 3. Add thin light green lines both vertically and horizontally. 4. Using thinned yellow paint, add two thick horizontal lines and one vertical yellow line. Finish with top coat.
