Nail Art Tutorial: Gel Polish Spider Web

Gel polish is the new nail art medium. Nail tech Becky Carter (@nailsby_becky) shows how to do a long-lasting spiderweb design for Halloween using her IBD gel polish system.

Items used:

IBD Black Onyx gel polish
IBD Fireworks gel polish
Gelish sheek white
Black acrylic paint
Red rhinestone
Striping brush
Dotting tool

Step 1: Prep nails as usual. Apply base coat, cure. Apply gel polishes as a base color; cure.

Step 2: Using striping brush, begin applying lines with black gel polish.

Step 3: Using black gel polish, finish spider web.

Step 4: Using black gel polish, create spider. Add red rhinestone. Cure.

Step 5: Add top coat and add cuticle oil.
